Take I-95 South through Chester to Delaware.
Follow I-95 South to Exit 7A marked "52 South, Delaware Ave."
Follow exit road (11th St.) to intersection with Delaware Ave. (marked "52 South, Business District.")
At the Delaware Ave. intersection, bear left, continuing on 11th St.
Follow 11th St. to Orange St. and make a left.
Parking garage for Community Service Building will be on left hand side.
From Parking Garage, exit from elevator tower and turn right and walk one block to 10th & Orange Sts. Make a left. Community Service Building will be on your right-hand side.

From Dover & Points South
Take Route 1 North.
From Route 1 North, Take I-95 N to Wilmington.
Take Exit for Delaware Ave.
Proceed straight to the "T" Intersection. Turn right.
The road will split after several lights. To park in the Community Service Building parking lot, follow the left fork marked "Business District," this fork becomes 11th Street. Make a left onto Orange Street. The Parking garage for Community Service Building will be on left hand side.
From Parking Garage, exit from elevator tower and turn right and walk one block to 10th & Orange Sts. Make a left. Community Service Building will be on your right-hand side.
