Do you know if your organization’s programs are successful and having a positive impact? What information do you need to "tell your story” to funders? These questions are the foundation of this workshop. Plus:

  • Steps for developing a program logic model
  • Aligning "theory of change”, relevant outcomes, & logic model
  • Establishing benchmarks, indicators and results for outcomes
  • Linking outcomes with grant requests
  • Communicating with funders
  • Aligning program/service outcomes with local and national impact indicators
  • Identifying models for reporting outcomes
  • Considering success strategies:collaboration, trends, evaluation

Instructor: Shawn Stevens, Ed.D.
Shawn holds his Doctorate of Education with a focus on Educational Leadership & Innovation. He is currently the Director of Community Impact at the United Way of Delaware where he leads nonprofit organizations through rigorous evaluation trainings and reporting of their impact on the communities they serve. Shawn has been the CEO of a number of nonprofits and a steady volunteer on a variety of nonprofit boards of directors.
