  • — Forms you can take back to the office and start using immediately
  • — Tips on how to make a "good” hire, and useful interview questions
  • — An employee performance evaluation form that’s simple to use
  • — Guidelines for overtime requirements and exemptions
  • — A chart of which employment laws apply to your organization
  • — A list of what should and should not be in your personnel files

You’ll also hear:

  • — Real-life problem employee situations and solutions
  • — Why you should have an Employee Handbook, and what’s in it

Instructor: Linda Pappajohn
Linda is Director of Santora CPA Group’s HR Consulting Services, and has helped many companies with policies that ease burden on management and maintain regulation compliance. She also serves as a "sounding board” for Executive Directors who face difficult employee situations.
