For nonprofit organizations to be successful fundraisers, they must first understand the importance of individual donors.Chris Rollins’ presentation will focus on cultivation & good stewardship of individual donors. Rollins will use his experience and knowledge as he expressed in his book Tell It Like It Is… Truisms of Fundraising. Truisms will set the young fundraiser on the right path, and recalibrate the compass for the experienced development professional.

Instructor: T. Christian Rollins, MBA, CFRE
Chris Rollins began his fundraising career as a volunteer and has now served on several nonprofit boards. His professional path has included chief development officer roles in healthcare and human services, and a senior consulting role. He has taught many classes, written numerous articles, and mentored many newcomers. Born in Baltimore, he currently resides in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey with his beautiful wife and daughters. He is a terrible pianist, a frustrated guitarist, and no slouch behind the drums; speaks bad German, quietly cheers for the Orioles, and still hasn't gotten over the Colts' move to Indianapolis.

Cost: $35
