Strategic Planning

Ashley Tobin, MPA
Paul Stock

Strategic planning in the nonprofit sector has become a costly undertaking, with many of those documents becoming door stops that are never used. Learn how to create a strategic plan that will get your staff, board, and supporters moving in the same direction. This training will help you move away from reactionary work to proactive management. You will leave knowing how to come up with 4-5 key projects, assign priorities and responsibilities, and assemble the plan into a one-page dashboard that you can use at every board meeting to monitor your progress.
