The Multiplier Effect for Improved Outcomes
Collective Impact – High Octane Jet Fuel To Expand your Resources and Opportunities by Working Together

This session will feature the most recent thinking about how to use the collective impact approach to address social problems. Achieving collective impact requires a paradigm shift in community development partnership, planning, and implementation.

We will examine the five conditions of Collective Impact:

  • Who needs to be engaged
  • The importance for of setting up purposeful collaboration
  • Structural needs for of setting up purposeful collaboration
  • Cross sector alignment of strategies/activities
  • Joint accountability when measuring progress

Participants will leave with a the basic understanding of Collective Impact and the role it can play in creating and fostering improved outcomes collectively within a community.
