Executive Director to Executive Director (E2E) Peer Networking Session

June Topic: TBD

(note the shift in day of the week, due to the holiday weekend)

These closed-door sessions will allow Executive Directors to learn best practices on topics unique to their role, as well as discuss challenges and opportunities they face in their leadership.  This new program is available in three locations each month to member Executive Director/CEOs only.  Facilitated by DANA CEO Sheila Bravo, the discussion groups will encourage peer learning on timely meaningful topics. The first session in February will be a DANA selected topic.  After that monthly session topics will be promoted based on the interest expressed from previous month participants. 

Session flow:

  • 15 minutes best practice sharing by Sheila Bravo on selected topic
  • 15 -20 minute discussion by group participants on the promoted topic
  • Remaining time will be open for discussion on issues brought forth by the participants
