Employment law continues to change both at the federal and State Level.  In addition to new federal regulations, Delaware passed some of new anti-discrimination laws in 2016.  Join Jennifer Jauffret, Director at Richards, Layton & Finder, P.A. to learn more about new federal and state law laws, including the FLSA, Title VII (including LGBT and pregnancy updates), new Protected Classes under Delaware Anti-discrimination laws (including reproductive health decisions, family caregiver responsibilities and victim protection), and Delaware’s Wage Disclosure law.  In addition to learning the nuances of the laws and implications to nonprofit employers, we will discuss ways to inform and incorporate these new regulations into employee communications.
