Bonny’s service on the Boards of United Way of Delaware, Neighborhood House, the Salvation Army and Opera Delaware has involved her in nonprofit leadership, finance and development, marketing, reorganization and advocacy. As the initial Community Vice President of the Junior League of Wilmington she instituted a structured process for the organization’s relationship to the community. Bonny served the State of Delaware as Director of Planning for the Division of Aging, a senior analyst for the Office of Management, Budget and Planning and was a Deputy Director of the original Delaware Development Office. As a vice-president with MBNA, Bonny was their initial corporate affairs officer and customer advocate. Bonny is a registered lobbyist in Delaware and is currently a Senior Associate with MacIntyre Associates.
