Benefit of arts education to Delaware's future workforce

Gov. Markell reminded us in a recent interview for this newspaper that when it comes to what companies are looking for, it begins with a talented workforce, and continues with cost of labor, taxes, safety and cultural elements clearly linked to quality of life. There is a critical role the arts play in providing a well-rounded education for the nation and Delaware’s youth but also in the state’s overall quality of life. (Click to read more)
