Any program participant who has a complaint concerning a
program that they participated in may file a complaint / grievance by
submitting a letter or email to the President & CEO of the Delaware
Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement, Sheila Bravo, at: firstname.lastname@example.org or DANA, 100 W. 10th Street, Suite 1012, Wilmington, DE 19801, or by
calling the President & CEO at 302.777.5500.
All complaints will be handled in a timely manner. As
a goal, DANA attempts to resolve a complaint within 20 working days from the
time of its initiation. All involved parties will be notified if an extension
of the time becomes necessary.
